REGISTRATION TYPES AND FEES

Trying to make our event affordable as possible there are 2 types of participation:

1. Jammers + PlayerPack $95 CAD
For jammers who want to participate in the event, are not competing in the tournament and want to receive disc, t-shirt and floor time with your favourite jammer.

2. Player + PlayerPack $125 CAD
For players who want to participate in the event and want to compete in the tournament and want to receive a disc, t-shirt and swag.

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN FEE?

Your fee is a big part of the overall budget.

4 days of competition at The Mattamy Athletic Centre

Players package ( FPAW disc,T-shirt and swag)

Light Snacks

Trinity Bellwoods Park party events.

Hall of Fame Ceremony-Fort York

FOOD AND DRINK

Located on the first floor of the Mattamy Centre is a large grocery/food store. They have a wide selection of ready made hot and cold meals as well as vegan options available for purchase.

Light Snacks provided at competition site.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE to keep down on plastic waste.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DEADLINES

If you have not registered yet, but are planning to come: 
Please do it now! Even if you don`t want to compete, we still need you to register before the  30th of June. We will also add you to group chat for important updates. After the deadline we will have to raise the fee for late registrations, because surprise registration at the last moment makes it much harder with organisation. 

If you already registred:
Please pay your fee as soon as possible. Due to the fact we need to pay for event site in the end of June we need your fees before event for proper cashflow. After 30th of June you will need to pay fee for late payment (+25CAD, also for payments at the spot).

In short summary:
– deadline for registration and payments: 30th June 2025
– if you cross deadline you pay additional $25CAD fee for late payment
